Interface Property Management provides an all inclusive property management and corporate leasing service.

Leasing Services

Rental appraisal - An accurate rental valuation is provided prior to setting the rental price in conjunction with you.

Preparation - We are able to prepare all properties for letting to ensure presentation is of the highest standard. Photos are prepared to maximise appeal of the property.

Marketing - Suitable tenants on our database are contacted and advised of the availability of your property. Relocation companies and corporate clients are contacted and sent information as new properties become available. The property is featured on the top 3 property websites; realestate.com.au, domain.com.au and realestateview.com.au as well as our own website.

Tenant Selection - Applications are sought from interested parties and an extensive reference process takes place. We conduct a minimum of 4-5 business and rental references.

Lease agreement & security bond - A lease agreement is prepared in line with the current legislation and a security bond is collected.

Condition report - We complete a detailed condition report that clearly states the condition of your property at the commencement of the tenancy

Property Management Services

Rental management - All rental money is collected monthly in advance and dispersed to you on the next business day. A monthly statement is sent to you at the same time that rent is dispersed.

Rental reviews - We conduct rent reviews every six months to take into account current market trends, availability and vacancy rates.

Inspections - Inspections are conducted every six months and a report is provided with information and advice on maintenance or capital growth suggestions.

Lease renewals - Renewal of leases at the end of the fixed term lease are discussed with you and negotiated on your behalf.

Maintenance - All maintenance is arranged by us after careful consultation with you unless otherwise advised.

Residential Tenancy Tribunal - Whilst most tenancies run smoothly, occasionally issues can occur that need to be taken to the Residential Tenancies Tribunal such as rental arrears or other disputes. Should this occur we are able to skillfully represent you to ensure the best possible outcome. We pride ourselves on our professional advice and handling of situations such as these.
