Interface Property Management provides exclusively residential leasing and property management in Melbourne and surrounds.
Property Management
If your property is under management with another agent we can arrange a transfer to Interface Property Management on your behalf.

This process normally takes less then 7 days and there is no interruption to your rental payment. Many property owners don't realise that there is no need to accept bad service. In most cases the initial management authority that you signed is only valid for the first 60 days after which you are free to change agents at any time.
Once you have completed the attached form we will contact you directly to discuss fees and services before making contact with your current agent. Once the file has been transferred to us we make immediate contact with the tenant to advise of the change and arrange an inspection of the property as soon as allowable under the residential tenancies act. You can now begin to experience the Interface Property Management Service.
Leasing
If your property is new or requires leasing for the first time then please speak with us. We will be in contact with you immediately to arrange a viewing of the property and a more detailed conversation with you about your specific needs and our services.

We will do the following:
1) Provide you with a written appraisal of the rental value of your property
2) Provide you with advice on how to best prepare the property to market
3) Arrange photos of the property and a write a creative advertisement to support the internet marketing. For our executive properties we can arrange professional photographs as required.
4) Advertise the property on 3 major websites, realestate.com.au, realestateview.com.au, domain.com.au and our own website. In addition we will send details of your property to our extensive tenant database and our relocation consultants that we work closely with.
5) Once a tenant has been found we conduct an extensive referencing process and provide you with a summary of the applicant.
6) Once we have your approval we proceed to arrange documentation including bond and leases and the first months rent on the property
7) A detailed condition report is completed prior to the tenant occupying the property and photos or video of the property condition can be arranged
8) Once the tenant takes possession of the property our exceptional property management services commence.
