Maintenance

If you would like to let us know about any maintenance issues in your property, please fill out a maintenance request form.

Routine inspections

The Residential Tenancies Act provides for the landlord or their agent to conduct one inspection of the property every six months. At this inspection, we will look at how the property is being cared for, whether there is any maintenance required and whether there are any capital improvements that would benefit the landlord. Note: As a tenant, you do not need to attend this inspection. Please let us know beforehand or by leaving a note on the day if there is any maintenance required. We’ll send a detailed report to the landlord about the condition of the property – so we do appreciate when it is left clean and tidy with minimum clutter.

Ending your tenancy

If you wish to end your tenancy you need to ensure that you are no longer on a fixed term lease and we require 28 day’s notice to vacate in writing to your property manager. If you need to break your lease for any reason, you need to contact your property manager immediately.
